I hate to say it but I think this is the first time I've actually heard Scott Weiland give an interview. I can't think of any other time. But anyways, so he did one with LA Weekly this week. It's pretty much him mumbling answers back at the interviewer. He looks dreadfully bored. Who knows if he's sober though. He could be throughly entertained, depending on what's wishy washing within his body. So, yeah.

Here's some pix of Rancid last night playing a show at the Manchester Academy in the U.K.
Before they walked off the stage, the Bay Area punk rockers told the crowd to expect a new Rancid album very soon. And on their MySpace blog the guys wrote:
"as 2008 comes to an end and as we finish up all the last details to bring you a new RANCID record, we will finish out the year with a few weeks of shows in the UK that we're all really excited for."
"We can't wait! Until then....take care."
I can't wait either. But until then, let's watch some Ruby Soho just for kicks, right ---> here.

Guns 'n Roses has a brilliant idea! Well, not really at all. But it is an awesome idea if you like to sit at home and laugh at people on the computer. The folks behind GNR have decided to get an air guitar competition going on the bands YouTube channel. The winner of the comp gets to listen to the album before it comes out in like two weeks.
Unfortunatley, I can't find the bands YouTube page anywhere. Absolutely not because I want to enter, but because I was really looking forward to cracking up this morning. If you can find it comment the link!

Paul McCartneyhas revealed the identity of the lady behind the classic Beatles track Eleanor Rigby. And guess what her name was?????
Eleanor Rigby!!
Paul and John Lennon used to hang out in a cemetary, or something like that, and there's a grave enscribed with the name 'Eleanor Rigby.' Everyone used to think the grave was the inspiration or something super creepy like that. Turns out the real Eleanor was a worker at the City Hospital in Parkhill.
And that's all Paul said. Well that's a little dull. I like the grave story better.
